Flash Actionscript Bug Fix

Hi,
We need a quick fix for a zoom / panning feature. In your bid pls quote time needed. Looking for quick job (1-2 hours).

Click on image, to zoom in and pan. It does not work well, as the image pans to infinity. It is supposed to pan to the edge only and accelerate panning when mouse moves closer to edge and slower then mouse moves to centre of stage.
We have included the sample FLA of the component we found on the net which we used.
We need someone to edit the actionscript to fix up our panning script.
